The web app

Metryvo runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. It works the same everywhere, and it can be installed to your home screen so it opens like any other app.

What it does

• Pill intake. Your pills are grouped by time of day. Tap to record a dose; the day's card shows what is still due.
• Food diary. Type a food and an amount. Metryvo suggests names you have used before and shows calories, fat, protein and carbs for the amount you ate.
• Food facts. Nutrition values come from a shared list, your own list, or an on-demand estimate you can review before saving.
• Light and dark themes, and a layout that fits a round watch screen.

Install it

Android (Chrome)

1. Open the app in Chrome and sign in.
2. Tap the menu (three dots), then Add to Home screen or Install app.
3. Confirm. Metryvo appears in your app drawer and opens full screen.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

1. Open the app in Safari and sign in.
2. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
3. Confirm. Metryvo opens from the home screen without the Safari toolbar.

Computer

In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon at the right end of the address bar. Any other browser works too, as a normal tab.
